Fees and Policies

The current fee for an individual, one hour psychotherapy session is $135 and $140 for intake sessions for most of our therapists. Kennedy's rates are $120 per session and $125 for intake sessions, and Montana uses a pay-what-you-can pricing model.

For inquiries specific to your plan, please contact your insurance carrier for coverage details. HSA & Flex Spending accounts can be used to cover the cost of deductibles. Superbills are provided when using out-of-network benefits.

Billing

You can access your bill anytime online in the client portal. We accept debit or credit card payments. 

Schedule Changes & Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change and unexpected things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, simply log into the client portal to find a new time that works better for you.
